1. Do we get exactly the same flowers as shown in the pictures?
   Arrangements may sometimes differ from photo depictions due to seasonal availability. We strive to ensure that the bouquets ordered closely resemble the arrangments pictured. We seek your kind understanding that not all flowers/arrangements are available at all times. Substitution of flowers of similar style, with equal or greater values, may be necessary. The same goes for vases and baskets, as they may be substituted with the closest/similar designs. Please note that the product dimensions stated on the website are rough estimates.
   
   
2. What currency are the payments in?
   Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars. Bloomeys Pte Ltd does not charge GST. For events/weddings, orders below $500 must be fully paid in advance to secure the booking. For orders costing $500 or more, a deposit of 50% of the invoiced amount will be required. The remaining balance of 50% must be settled 2 weeks prior to delivery.
   
   
3. Can I cancel my order after I made the online purchase?
   If you wish to make changes your order, a notification of 48 hours prior to collection/delivery will be required for bouquets and arrangements. For weddings/event decoration, a 2 weeks' notice must be given for any changes. Cancellations of orders will not be accepted. All flowers/plants/goods purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

References to "you" or "your" shall mean the person authorized to access and use this site. References to 'we", "us" or "our" shall mean the Company (Bloomeys Pte Ltd). We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions or terminate promotions without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of Bloomeys Pte Ltd shall remain final.
